What exactly is a token?
A 24-hour conversation with a customer. Everything you and that customer write to each other in those 24 hours counts as a single token. If they write again afterwards, a new one starts.
Do tokens expire?
No. You buy them once and use them when you need them.
Do I have to pay for WhatsApp or Twilio separately?
No. The dedicated WhatsApp number, Twilio and the AI are already inside the pack price.
What happens if I run out of tokens?
You buy another pack from your dashboard or over WhatsApp and carry on right away.
Can I take over the conversation myself?
Yes. From the dashboard you take over any conversation or call the customer without leaving the flow. The agent also hands it to you on its own when it detects a person is needed.
